Delpro – Reel stands

Delpro cantilevered stands are specifically designed for ease of access and loading and may be incorporated on existing framework or designed as a modular unit.

Key features include:

Incorporating air shafts from 76 to 302mm (3-12") with special roll bearings shafts for minimum effort on-load/un-load
Fixed or differential shafts
Double rear bearings for the necessary support
Braked or driven unwinds, subject to application
Manual or closed loop tension control using load cell roll or dancer roll position feedback and diameter sensors
Designed to integrate with reel removal devices with necessary interlocks

Option available:
Hinged door support to cope with dynamic forces
