Delpro – Five Roll Coater
Highly cost-effective, Delpro Five Roll coaters apply a very fine, continuous and controlled low weight coating. Unlike most other methods, these coaters do not depend on gravure cell depth, wire gauge or gap setting for coat weight metering and control, but on film-splitting technology.
The coater incorporates a series of precision-chromed steel and rubber rolls each independently driven and adjusted with precision gap setting mechanisms.
Particularly designed for 100% solid silicone coatings, coat weights down to 0.3gsm can be applied.
