Delpro – Zero speed splice systems
Particularly suited for boards and fabrics, Delpro Zero Speed splice systems enable butt splices to be completed whilst the machine continues to run at full production speed.
Reels are loaded from the floor without machine interruption by the rotating turret, eliminating wasted time stopping, reloading, re-threading and starting at each reel change.
Key features include:
- Two-position unwind stand
- Splice table with manual or semi automatic splice system
- Heated clamp bars for heat activated splice tapes
- Accumulators from 5 to 30m to suit production speed of machine
- Continuous control of tension when in normal running or accumulating mode.
